. This unit was purchased from the original owner and they never titled it. They lost the Original Certificate Of Origin. We have never attempted to get a title as we only used it on our farm. We had it checked for stolen and it clears all checks. We will issue a Bill Of Sale only with no guarantee that a title can be obtained. Please check your local and state laws to know if you will require a title before bidding.

This unit has been driven responsibly by adults to check fences, get mail, and to carry bags of feed and hay.
This is a NO RESERVE auction and I will require a 0 deposit at auction end. I will require full payment within 7 days of auction end. I will accept most forms of payment, however; the vehicle will not leave my property until the payment has cleared my bank. Checks can take up to 20 days or more. The vehicle can stay here as long as we come to a term and both agree on it. I will not charge for storage. I do not pay for shipping, arrange for shipping, or transport. All cost associated with shipping this vehicle will be the responsibility of the buyer. This unit will sell As-Is, Where-Is with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. There are no returns or refunds on machinery. It is 9 years old and is not represented as new. It does have light wear and tear from 9 years of use. There are small scratches, dings, oxidation, light surface rust and typical wear to be expected. Interested persons are welcome to inspect the unit or have it inspected. I would fully expect the winning bidder to come and inspect the vehicle and test drive it on the property, prior to full payment. I wouldn't want anyone to purchase
