Where is my part shipping from?
Although we stock many of our parts in house, we do not stock all of the parts listed in our Ebay store at our location in Collegeville, PA. We have a network of over 15 warehouses throughout the US that we use to drop-ship orders as well. In most cases, this allows us to cut down on transit time if the item is available in multiple warehouses. If this is of concern, please contact us to confirm where your part is shipping from prior to placing your order.
Can I return something if I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit?
f you simply have a change of heart for any reason, yes, you can return the part (unless it is a tuner). At this time the buyer is responsible for return shipping. No restocking fee will apply. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning the item.
If we ship you the wrong part or the part is damaged during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible and we will send a pre-paid return label and either issue a refund or send out a replacement part.
All returned items must be sent
IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, IN RESALABLE CONDITION
no later than 30 days after the item is received.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON TUNERS or any items that have been clearly been used or that are missing items/original manufacturing packaging.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we never charge restocking fees, however if we receive a part that is damaged, missing parts or is not returned in the original packaging or in its original shape, we will charge accordingly when issuing your refund.
Why doesn’t the listing image look like my part?

Yes, we will, as long as we’re able to get the part through one of our distributors and the part is available.

Why don’t you ship to PO BOXES, APO’s, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands etc?
Our distributors only ship via UPS and FedEx within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). These carriers cannot ship to any of the above listed addresses.
If it is a part that we have in house, we can ship it to a PO BOX, as well as a location outside of the contiguous US, but there may be an additional cost associated with this shipment depending on the part itself.
Please contact us prior to making a purchase to see if we can ship your item to a PO BOX or a location outside of the contiguous US.
IF WE RECEIVE AN ORDER WITH AN ADDRESS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTIGUOUS US, WE WILL REQUEST A PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS AND ISSUE A FULL REFUND IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE ONE BY THE END OF THE DAY.
Why is my country excluded from the Shipping locations?
We use Ebay’s Global Shipping program to handle our International shipments. We ship the parts to their HUB in the United States and the Global Shipping program handles everything from there. The Global Shipping program controls which parts ship to which countries. Unfortunately, we have no control over this decision.
