We ship through United States Postal Service (USPS), Fed Ex or United Parcel Service (UPS) because they provide delivery conformation and insurance options.  Delivery conformation is free, but shipping insurance is at additional cost above carrier supplied insurance.  If you want your item(s) insured you will need to attach a note with your purchase stating to add shipping insurance and wait for updated invoice before you send payment
