The simple striped cap shaft is made of cellulose acetate. High-grade resin is used for the barrel part.
We are particular about Pelican's original manufacturing method and finish it into a striped board. After cutting it to the size of the barrel, it is made into a cylinder and polished with diamonds. Next, fit the characteristic double ring into the barrel and cap. This process requires very precise work to make the seams completely invisible. The surface is polished until it becomes shiny, and a clip with a pelican beak motif is attached.
