This is a fantastic piece of country music & Americana history, made in the 1960s / 1970s in Japan.
Nashville, TN (Tennessee) is on the map today in large part because of the import and prestige Grand Ole Opry brought to the city.
Grand Ole Opry is a weekly live music radio show that began in 1925 and has aired every week continually ever since.
Inductees include greats like Roy Acuff, Bill Monroe, Minnie Pearl, Eddie Arnold, Red Foley, The Jordanaires, HANK WILLIAMS, Cher Atkins, Kitty Wells... I'll stop there, there are so many greats.
This plate is set up to be displayed on a shelf or hung on a wall. Proudly show this one off - vintage mid century Americana at its best!
